**Cancellation Policy**
At MyV, we offer two types of rates: a refundable rate within 15 days and a non-refundable rate. In the case of a non-refundable rate or after the 15-day grace period for the refundable rate, cancellation post-booking is not possible (for bookings from April 6, 2020, please consider the risks linked to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and related government measures). Guests who book a non-refundable stay will not be eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation. Guests will pay the full rate if they cancel, make changes, or fail to show up.
However, since MyV's policy is to ensure that customers do not lose any nights of their stay, in the event of cancellation, we will gladly offer you a voucher for the unused nights, net of costs and management fees, requiring only the price differences between the new chosen dates and the initially booked dates under the following conditions:
- The voucher must be activated with a direct booking of at least two nights on the myv.com website;
- The voucher can only be used on www.myv.com for the purchase of qualified nights;
- The voucher cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or resold, nor combined with other promotional discounts;
- The voucher must be utilized within 1 year from the date of cancellation of the initial stay, after which it will expire without the possibility of renewal.
**Security Deposit**
Upon check-in and possession of the apartment, guests declare the premises are suitable for the agreed use and must report any defects, malfunctions, or damages to furnishings within one hour of arrival; otherwise, if damages are found at checkout, the guests authorize MyV to retain the security deposit paid for damage repairs, without prejudice to claims for additional damages.
